I bring a creative and no-nonsense problem solving approach to therapy. This comes from a diverse work experience as a mental health practitioner, aerospace engineer, and independent professional artist.
I am an Advanced Certified Schema Therapist and supervisor. (For more on Schema Therapy, a powerful cognitive-behavorial and psycho-dynamic approach, click here.)
I completed my MA in Counseling Psychology at the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, Seattle. From 2011 to 2014, I worked as a therapist in community mental health, working with the chronically mentally ill. I have been in private practice since then.
Previous to that, I received high honors in a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech. I also attended the Universität Stuttgart in Germany.
